If you have multiple outstanding fines, the 50% discount applies independently to each eligible fine based on its own violation date. If the 30-day discount window closes without payment, the full fine amount becomes due. There is no partial discount, no grace period extension, and no mechanism to retrospectively apply the discount after day 30. The fine continues to accumulate on your record and must be paid in full.
